Globalpaidbux - Unable to skip payout request page (reply from admin)

Admin has responded to me on 19 Jun 14 as follows:

The program is making the payout request a mandatory page to be done first before I could surf for ads.

I understand that this period of time is where payouts will be halted temporarily; hence I got the message "payouts are disabled today".

Seems like the system is prompting me to upload a payment proof but my recent payout request via Egopay has been reversed and payment processor removed.

Could you suggest a workaround in this scenario?"

I've proceeded to make the payout request today since it's impossible for me to post a payment proof that was reversed back and payment was not received in my Egopay account.
