Not only do they have poor response time, the reasons given is totally out of context.  So, there is a high possibility that this program is scam.

I've not logged into this program for 2 months but apparently, admin has not resolved my problem.  They have forwarded me this link for reference to my problem but it doesn't seem to exist:

Payout request - Davidsbux

I have rejoined this program and this time, requesting payout for the first time.  Earlier, my account was terminated due to violations based on TOS.

Let's see how far the legitimacy goes.
