This is my latest webchat with the webchat agent who once again told me that they will resolve the matter by end of this week. It has since been two weeks and they have yet to resolve the matters which are outstanding; non-payment and shunning responsibility. After asking my user ID (assumingly that this is for assisting purpose), they did not provide proper answers to how they will resolve these matters.
Rudely, they webchat agent has left the conversation without a solution.
